Chiropractic is not the direct treatment or cure of any symptom or condition, rather it’s the restoration of normal body function.

Our role is to evaluate the body for any signs of nervous system interference caused by vertebral subluxation and correct it, enabling your body to function at its best.

We work with the nervous system via gentle spinal adjustments, to reduce the effects of stress-related interference to the nervous system.

Every system in the body – circulatory, hormonal, digestive, eliminatory, glandular, immunological, muscular, reproductive, respiratory, and skeletal – all depend on optimal function of the nervous system.

In everyday life, our nervous systems perceive and adapt to a variety of Thoughts (like stress & anxiety), Toxins (like poor diet & pollutants), and Traumas (like physical injuries) – all of which cause stress to our nervous system resulting in dis-ease. When this occurs, our body’s natural ability to adapt to life’s forces (3T’s) is interrupted. By addressing this disruption, the interference is removed allowing the nervous system to function properly.

The 3T’s are difficult to avoid, however, regular adjustments help maintain balance within the nervous system and promote healing.

Nervous system dysregulation and dysfunction are easily overlooked and dismissed components of acute and chronic health challenges in kids and adults alike.

Common signs and symptoms include:

• Developmental, Behavioural, & Neurological symptoms

• Milestone delays (crawling, walking, talking…)

• Emotional dysregulation (anxiety, mood swings, meltdowns, or tantrums)

• Sensory processing issues (sensitivity to light, sound, or touch)

• Poor coordination or clumsiness

• Stimming, toe-walking, and dyspraxia

Physical Symptoms:

While these symptoms and conditions can signal the presence of stress on the nervous system and patterns of neurological dysfunction, it is important to note that addressing these stressors is not a direct treatment or cure for any symptom or condition.

Chiropractic care begins with the nervous system, when the body is well-adjusted it is able to heal and function optimally. Chiropractic adjustments use very safe, specific, and controlled forces applied to a joint to help remove stress on the nervous system. The chiropractic adjustment is not about popping or cracking to relieve symptoms, rather it’s about addressing the cause of dysfunction, removing nerve interference, and letting the body do what it’s designed to do – heal.

CLA INSiGHT are a computerised and non-invasive scans that allow us to get a baseline of the health and function of your nervous system. They measure how your nerves communicate with your muscles and organs, and how your nervous system adapts to stress.

When excessive tension and stress accumulate in a specific area of the neurospinal system, it provides valuable insight into the underlying causes of certain symptoms and conditions.

The INSiGHT scans consist of three essential neurological stress tests:

• NeuroThermal Scan – measure asymmetrical infrared heat patterns within the neurospinal system, detecting patterns of dysautonomia & nervous system dysregulation.

• NeuroSpinal EMG Scan – assesses patterns of neuromuscular dysfunction, symmetry, and tension. This helps detect and measure dysponesis & altered proprioception or sensory input.

• Heart Rate Variability (HRV) – evaluates how subluxation and nervous system dysfunction has affected overall autonomic function, adaptability, & energy. Provides a direct and effective measurement of dysautonomia.

The clinical application of the CLA INSiGHT scans and pattern analysis allows us to:

• Create Customised Care Plans – pattern analysis allows us to develop a more individualised care plan based on specific neurological patterns observed in each practice member. Resulting in more specific and effective adjusting techniques

• Progress Tracking – by continually assessing the patterns before and after a series of adjustments, neurologically-focused chiropractors can determine the effectiveness of the care and make necessary modifications to the care plan or adjusting protocols if needed.
